Hello! I'm Kristy Wellins, Ordained Minister of American Marriage Ministries and founder of Pride & Promise NJ.

I created Pride & Promise NJ because I believe every couple deserves a ceremony that celebrates who they are and the life they are building together. My approach is warm, inclusive, and highly personalized. I take the time to learn your story and craft a ceremony that reflects your relationship, your values, and your vision for the day.

As both a wedding officiant and a poet, I believe the most memorable ceremonies are deeply personal. Rather than reading from a script, I take the time to learn your story and craft a ceremony that reflects your personalities, your journey, and the promises you'll make to each other. 

From elegant weddings and intimate elopements to LGBTQ+ celebrations and vow renewals, I am honored to help couples begin their next chapter with a ceremony that feels genuine, joyful, and uniquely theirs.

Pride & Promise NJ is based in Clifton, New Jersey, and provides inclusive, personalized wedding officiant services for couples throughout North Jersey. I proudly officiate weddings in Clifton, Montclair, Wayne, Little Falls, Nutley, Bloomfield, Verona, Cedar Grove, Paramus, Ridgewood, Glen Rock, Franklin Lakes, Paterson, Passaic, and surrounding communities.
